Main Meals - Cowboy’s Supper

This delicious family supper can be on the table within 30 minutes. Popular with teens and husbands!
 
In a large non-stick frying pan, sauté 8 high pork content sausages in ½ tablespoon heated sunflower oil for 20 minutes, turning frequently. Add 2 large field mushrooms, sliced and continue to sauté for 5 minutes, until both sausages and mushrooms are golden. If necessary, drain off and discard any excess fat.
Add 1 x 415g can baked beans, 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs, 1 x 500g carton of passatta, 2 teaspoons runny honey and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. Heat, stirring for a further 5 minutes or so, until piping hot.
Serve with pasta, cooked according to pack instruction and steamed broccoli.
