Festive Theme

This is my favourite quick and easy Christmas morning cocktail. I suppose you can just about consider it to be sort of healthy!  I call it Pink Lady.

Put 1 dessertspoon Grand Marnier into base of a large champagne flute.  Quarter fill glass with chilled cranberry and raspberry juice, then top up with chilled cava or champagne.  Add a few frozen fruits, to serve.  Cheers!

Wrap ice cubes in a clean tea towel and bash hard with a rolling pin.

Stir and garnish with fresh strawberries and mint.
