Cocktails and Mocktails

Festive Theme
This is my favourite quick and easy Christmas morning cocktail. I suppose you can just about consider it to be sort of healthy! I call it Pink Lady.
Put 1 dessertspoon Grand Marnier into base of a large champagne flute. Quarter fill glass with chilled cranberry and raspberry juice, then top up with chilled cava or champagne. Add a few frozen fruits, to serve. Cheers!
CRUSHED ICE
Wrap ice cubes in a clean tea towel and bash hard with a rolling pin.
WHITE SATIN (Alcoholic) Serves: 2, using an egg cup to measure
In a shaker, blend together 2 parts white rum, 2 parts either apricot brandy or Clementine Gin liqueur, (I bought mine at Marks and Spencer) 1/2 part Roses lime juice cordial and a tablespoon crushed ice. Divide between 2 glasses and top up with chilled tonic water or ginger beer, to taste. I used Fever Tree Refreshingly light Ginger Beer.
Stir and garnish with fresh strawberries and mint.
VELVET HAMMER (Alcoholic) Naughty but nice! Serves: 1
Using an egg cup to measure, and In a shaker, or jug, blend 2 1/2 parts chilled double cream with ½ part Cognac, ½ part Cointreau and 1 part Tia Maria.
Serve, well shaken, over ice cubes, in a brandy glass.
GRECIAN (Non- Alcoholic) Serves: 1, using an egg cup to measure
Blend together 3 parts chilled pineapple juice with 2 parts chilled orange juice, and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice. Pour, unstrained into a tall glass, filled with plenty of ice cubes. Add some sparkling elderflower, or lemonade, to taste. Stir and garnish with fresh fruits, to serve.
