Put 1 slice of bread, from a cut loaf in bottom of air fryer, under the basket. (The bread will soak up excess bacon fat and can be easily disposed of. Helps with cleaning the air fryer later.) Arrange 5 rashers back bacon in base of basket, just slightly overlapping, if possible. Air fry for 5-6 minutes at 200C, until cooked to your liking. Serve immediately.
