Chicken Goujons with Creme fraiche sauce.
Serves:4
Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts
7 slices Parma ham
2Tsps runny honey
Salt and pepper
Freshly chopped parsley
Spray oil
For the Sauce:
200g creme fraiche
2 Tbsp tomato pesto
Squeeze lemon juice, to taste
Method
1. Pre-heat air fryer to 190C.
2. Put chicken breasts onto a chopping board. Cover with cling film, then bash out using a rolling pin, until thin.
3. Remove cling and cut each piece of chicken into 7 strips.
4. Cut each piece of ham in half. Wrap each piece of ham around one strip of chicken.
5. Place prepared goujons in lightly oiled air fryer basket, using anboiled liner, if you have one.
6. Drizzle over the honey. Season with a little salt and pepper, spray with a little oil.
7. Cook for 6-7 minutes.
8. Serve sprinkled with extra chopped parsley, accompanied by the sauce.
8. Whilst goujons are cooking. Make the sauce. Simply combine all sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to blend well. Serve immediately.
