Dauphinoise Potato's - Air Fryer Recipe

Delicious potato Dauphinoise cooked in my air fryer in 50 minutes. 3 baking, potatoes, thinly sliced, 150 ml double cream plus 150ml milk with 1 onion and 60g grated Gruyere cheese. Plenty for 4-6 people.
