I have been using my new Ideal Vortex air Fryer with see through window, to test recipes for my Air fryer cookery book which will be published later this year. Must admit, I love the even, speedy cooking, with little noise and minimum odour. These stylish machines really do deliver. Easy to clean, dishwasher friendly, reasonably priced.

Like you my mother, Marguerite Patten, was a home economist. She would be horrified that I had not tried out an air fryer - she loved new equipment and was the Lifetime President of the Microwave Association until her death in 2015 (I guess!). She would have tried many air fryers but without anyone to turn to I have been floundering, Having read about you on the BBC website I have now decided DO IT NOW (too late for Christmas, but thank you) and will be following in your footsteps with a Ideal Vortex Air Fryer (just got to look for measurements to decide where it could go!).
