Parmesan and herb crisps - Air Fryer Recipe


Combine 75g grated Parmesan with half teaspoon dried basil and a little ground black pepper. Heat air fryer to 200C. Cooking in batches, put heaped teaspoons mixture directly in base plate, spaced out. Cook for about 4 mins, until golden. Cool completely before serving. For Parmesan biscuits cook in small melamine muffin cases.
